Document Publishing

Now this is the final phase where all scanned images and indexes of each image will be ready to be exported to the ECM/EDSM solution such as and not limited to InfiniteECM, OpenText Livelink, DocuWare and etc.

The user in the branches will be able to retrieve the vouchers using the extracted indexes from the daily spool file.

Each branch will be able access only the vouchers related to its account only and according the security privileges provided by the ECM/EDMS solution used to the daily retrieval.
